February Favourites

Hello you guys! I’m back with February monthly favourites post! February is ending in just a day and we can all welcome my birthday month! I always get excited when it’s March and I feel that everything that happens in the month of March is blessings for me be it good things or bad things. May this year’s birthday be a good one for me, in shaa Allah.

Rachel K CC Cream Original

I got this product way back in 2014 from Luxola (now Sephora.my). The first time I used it, I didn’t really like it I’m not so sure why. Maybe I didn’t use it correctly or it just wasn’t working on my skin. But it has just been a product that’s been sitting on my vanity for quite some time now and I’ve never even bothered to reach for it. But a few weeks ago, I was getting ready to go to class and I saw it just sitting there in the drawer and I thought why the hell not give it another try. I dabbed some of the product all over my face and blended it using my dupe beauty blender and boy.

Das look good, gurl. Das good.

I have oily/combination skin and this product is the only product that manage to mattify my skin. The key to using it correctly is not to use too much. I put too much the first time I used it so it’s no wonder that it looked cakey on me. All in all, I really love it and I hope I never ran out of it because das expensive.

Apple Magic Mouse

When it comes to editing blogs and videos, having a mouse sure comes in handy for me! I edit videos for assignments and I am an html/css person because I change my blog template and tumblr theme a lot so having a wireless mouse really makes everything easier. I also use it for Photoshop CS6.

Halsey – Colors music video

Colors is one of my favourite songs by Halsey and I’m so stoked that the music video finally came out! I love the cinematography, I love the setting, I love everything about the video. What’s making it more interesting is the plot twist at the end.

Elementary (TV Series 2012-)

Waiting for Sherlock (starring Benedict Cumberbatch) new season (season 4) is such a pain in the arse. I have been waiting for that show to release its new episode since 2014. It’s been almost two years and I cannot take it any longer. I need some Sherlock action in my life.

Hence, Elementary came. It’s the modern take of Sherlock Holmes with the setting being in New York City, my favourite city in the whole wide world. Sherlock Holmes together with Dr. Joan Watson (yes, a female) solving crimes and murders in NYC. Need I tell you that the guy playing Sherlock has *cough* British accent *cough*.

Person of Interest (TV Series 2011-)

OH MY GOD. THE SHOW IS WORTH THE RATING ON IMDB WEBSITE. The show revolves around a billionaire and an ex assassin who work together to help stop a crime. So there’s this machine that the billionaire invented that could detect terrorists for the government and it also detects small scale crimes that both of them try to stop. It gives out a social security number of a person and he/she could be either the victim or perpetrator. It’s really good, you should watch it!
