My guilty pleasure wish list
Hello, welcome to Erin’s Ridiculous List of guilty pleasures she shouldn’t be lusting, but she does, anyway.
Based on Google, guilty pleasure is something, such as a film, a television program or a piece of music, that one enjoys despite understanding that it is not generally held in high regard, or is seen as unusual or weird but in this post, it is a list of things that I am lusting after; guilty pleasures that I shouldn’t be lusting because I don’t need it, they’re expensive, although it would make my life somewhat a better experience…
Lust #1 – The AirPods Pro
I don’t want the normal AirPods, I want the Pro one! *cries a bucket* I have tried the normal AirPods and they sound similar to my 80 ringgit Xiaomi AirDots. The AirPods Pro, however, has noise cancellation and they just look better than the normal AirPods. If I bought them, I would reek of guiltiness and that ain’t a smell I wanna be associated with.
Lust #2 – The iPad Pro with Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil
RIDICULOUS. I am not a fan of iPad or any tablets at all but oh boy the iPad Pro is beautiful. I want the Magic Keyboard as well as the Apple Pencil although I have zero drawing skills and having the Procreate app wouldn’t do me any good. What’s even more ridiculous is that the price of this whole setup could buy me another MacBook Pro. Telling myself for the nth time that I don’t need it now (maybe later, lol).
Lust #3 – The iMac
Sometimes when I really think about it, I kinda regret buying a new MacBook when I could buy an iMac instead and just use my 2012 MacBook Pro that I have sent for repair and upgrade. iMac is something that I have been wanting for a while. I can see myself in the future with a home office and an iMac. This is not ridiculous, this is something that I really need.
Lust #4 – Leuchtturm1917 A5 Hardcover Notebook in Muted Colors
I have a Leuchtturm1917 notebook, it is an amazing notebook at that but the powder pink one is just super pretty. I love it because they finally came out with a pastel pink that looks so soft and girly. I’m planning on finishing my current Leuchtturm1917 and buy the powder pink one next. Oh why do you have to be so expensive.. why can’t you be 30 ringgit and call it a day..
Lust #5 – The Olympus PEN E-PL7
The Olympus PEN, aka the Blogger Camera. I have a Canon 60D and it’s more professional than the Olympus PEN but the heart wants what it wants. I know that we are now at the E-PL9 but I still think the E-PL7 has the nicest design. I still want one. I’m contemplating on selling the Canon 60D for an Olympus PEN but my mom says a big NO because my dad bought it, it’s his money so I shouldn’t be selling the camera. Either I use it or give it back so obviously I’m going to be using it, duh. So dearest Olympus PEN E-PL7, if it’s meant to be, it will be..
Lust #6 – The NESCAFE Dolce Gusto Piccolo XS Coffee Machine
Tea and coffee; I love them both. I think for the amount of money I have spent on buying coffee outside, I could afford this coffee machine and make my coffee at home instead. I need this so bad! I need a marble mug as well as a marble coaster to be used with this coffee machine and oh it’s definitely blog photo-worthy..
