Mini Beauty Haul + Review

I think I’ve grown in the sense that I stopped hauling loads of beauty and skincare products thinking that quantity is better than quality. I manage to refrain myself from buying products from the drugstore that I don’t need just because they are accessible and affordable to me. One of my goals this year is to finish up makeup I already have and repurchase the ones that I really swear by. It’s quality over quantity this time. Although I don’t quite manage to stop buying lip products yet…
Here’s a few things that I manage to haul in the past month (and love!)
Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place SPF10 Foundation | 30ml, MYR190
My makeup artist for my solemnisation used this foundation on me and I think I looked flawless. I heard many good things about this foundation before but I never really got into buying it so when I had the opportunity to get it and used it myself, oh it’s just a gorgeous, gorgeous foundation. It’s a matte foundation that stays all day and it gives me a flawless complexion! I really recommend this foundation to oily/combination skin gals out there. For reference, my shade is 1N2 Ecru and NC15 in MAC Studio Fix Fluid Foundation.
Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm | 30ml, MYR53
I grabbed the 30ml jar over the counter at Sephora as I thought I’ve watched someone on YouTube raving over this cleansing balm some time ago. I used this cleansing balm to remove my full face makeup and it took off the makeup effortlessly! It didn’t leave my skin tight or dry like the Heimish All Clean Balm.
Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer | 9ml, MYR93
I got the shade Fu$$y and it’s gorgeous! My all-time favourite lip gloss was from Bobbi Brown but hands down, the Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb topples the Bobbi Brown gloss from the throne. It smells so good, is not sticky, and it makes my lips feel plump. It really reminds me of the early 2000s gloss look and I think we all have our fair share of lip gloss tubes and hair sticking on the lips LOL.
Kiehl’s Butterstick Lip Treatment SPF30 | 4g, MYR84
I raved about this lip balm so much on my blog so when it came down to the last few millimeter of product, I went ahead and got myself a fresh new tube. My new one is in the shade Naturally Nude and it’s just looks like my lips but better. The lip balm is really pricey for what it is but I can’t find a cheaper substitute for it so for now, I’m just gonna stick with my expensive lip balm.
Sephora Cream Lip Shine | 2.5ml, free
I got this liquid lipstick for free with my Sephora purchase but I haven’t gotten the chance to try it yet because it’s bright red (Red Potion). I’m not into bright red lipstick right now so I still haven’t swatched it. The colour looks daunting to me although I’m kinda intrigue to know how it’ll look..
Have you tried any of these products?
