Happy midweek! I thought I'd share some of the things I'm grateful for for the past week. Life has been pretty hectic for me as I have a lot going on and updating my blog has been thrown far back of my mind but fret not – I'm coming back, as always.

a little throwback

01. WordPress has this feature where you can see your site health and improve whatever not right with your site. I improved everything wrong with my site and it's now on Good site health. Yeay!

02. I have backup of 10 packs of my son's toddler formula and that is good for 60 days which puts my mind at ease.

03. When my husband worked from home yesterday as I just got my booster shot and he didn't want me taking care of the kids while I was feeling unwell. I love and cherish days like that – where he doesn't go to work and stay home instead 😍

04. My mom is hosting a kenduri (in English we call it soirée) this weekend so I'm ordering three boxes of my favourite creampuff to bring there.

05. Still thinking of the family trip on my mom's side to Alai Damai Melaka a week and a half ago. It was RM6K for two nights there, but it was SO worth it! I really enjoyed our time there with my extended family. It's been so long since our last family trip (the last one was in April 2019!).

06. I have found my planner peace, you guys. I have found the one true digital planner that I really love (for now). It's the farmhouse planner from breezy organization. What I like about it is how customisable it is and you can purchase separate widgets that suit your life to be used in the planner. I bought a tons of widgets and I'm really enjoying planning in it so far.

07. I have been craving warm water these days. It soothes my dry, itchy throat.

08. Turning 27 in exactly six days!

09. I'm currently on social media detox. I uninstalled Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok on my devices and logged out of them on my MacBook. It's day two of detox. I only use my phone for contacting people (aka my husband lol) and reading some reddit.

10. Sometimes my husband and I bring our kids for evening car rides. We put them in their car seat, drive around town and whaddayaknow, both of them fall asleep. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.

11. A cup of tea. Need I say more?

12. Creamy shrimp pasta made by my husband. It was scrumptious – nuff said.

13. My husband and kids. Although I'm tired all the time, but I'm thankful.

14. My mother-in-law gave my daughter a gold bracelet and necklace which I'm super grateful for!

15. Char kuey teow and Tealive's Strawberry Pudding smoothie for dinner. Just what I crave for!
